In May of 2020 during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, our founder, Chi Brown was dealing with the passing of his mother Yaneta Sanchez-Brown, who he had cared for three years prior to her death later that month. While it was a tough time, it also brought him in contact with real estate investors who were offering their services to help him to figure out what to do with his mother’s home.

Ultimately Chi decided to keep the property as he was living there at the time, but it taught him about how helpful a service such as this could have helped him if the situation had been different. He would have been in serious trouble if he had two mortgages or two properties to have to be responsible for at once without prior preparation.

This caused Chi to look into creating his own business so that he could help people like himself in times of need with their property issues.
